Marston's origin has this thing easy: Hippolyte taught Diana all modern and ancient languages, with the help of Magic Sphere...before Trevor incident.

Gal was great on both panels, especially the 75 years of WW one.

Thanks for the link. You need to only include everything after the "=" sign and nothing before.

I'm watching it now. Only at the part with the two artists at the moment. It's a shame they didn't get Lynda Carter on the panel.

Jim Lee must be really short since all the other women are taller than him.

Tiffany Smith, I believe. She has been on collider and Schmoes. I also did not realize how thick she was. Hnnngh.

Tell me about it. I open this thread to see what's the latest and my eyes end up locked onto a super thick pair of thighs. :hmr:

Thanks for the name, btw. :woot:

Well she said her name in the actual video from which that comes (the WW 75th anniversary panel), and it was even displayed in front of her.

Indeed. Difference in her demeanor between these two scenes was the first thing that came to mind, actually.

And I am happy I'm not alone in thinking that she is getting better, I was afraid that I might be seeing what I was hoping to see. I'd say that under Jenkins' direction (and now that they don't have to play with the "mysterious woman" trope, like in BvS), she truly seems to embody Diana's qualities. I'll never say that there is no one out there who could play the character better, period, but her casting was certainly a stroke of genius. And to think they could have so easily screw it up, by simply going for someone who could easily sell the warrior element of the character. Like most fancasts focused on.

I like that she is not buying Bruce's "just a feeling" and "more or less" evasive answers. I also like the fact that he seems incapable of giving a straight one. This Batman's certainly not used to working with people.

He is tall in my eyes. :o

To think some people weren't sold on Gal's look as WW. She's a goddess, pure and simple.

I had mixed feelings about BVS, but my favorite thing about it by a huge margin was Gal's Wonder Woman. Totally stole the show. And now what with the new teaser, I'm dying to see this film. Gal is so perfect for the part, I couldn't be happier.

Oh I forgot to mention a cool tidbit: Nicola Scott, the woman between Patty and Tiffany, and one of the two artists on the current WW series, was nearly cast as the Amazon herself for a show from the producers of Lois & Clark.

I don't know if she mentioned that during the 75th anniversary panel.

That's pretty cool. Would've liked it if they did it for the whole trailer though. Maybe it takes a while?

from what I can gather, the Gal doubters come in three types: those who want Bodybuilders/WWE Diva and those possessed by T&A (well, in Gal's case, it's mainly the T). and lastly, those who for one reason or another, has their "perfect WW" in mind, and Gal just isn't the one.

I don't think anyone is saying that Gal isn't pretty enough; if anything, for some people, she's too pretty in a "conventional" way.

anyway, if this trailer cannot get these three groups into Gal's camp, then, I say, forget about it.

and yes, to me, she's a wonderful Diana/WW

Is it odd that I like her hair much more in WW than in BvS and, seemingly, JL?

Probably for the same reason I don't like her hair in WW and like it in BvS and JL. Doesn't feel natural. Too well-groomed or something, too perfect. It looks more casual in BvS and JL. Like she didn't sit hours making curls before going into battle. Suspension of disbelief, I guess.
