Gambit Cameo

Was it in the Deleted Scenes? Cuz I keep hearing about him supposedly having a cameo but it didnt make it to the final cut.

well i do know theres an ester egg on x1 where there were mock drawings of beast he was talked about being in it, maybe thats what your thinking about for gambit

in x-2 when dark cerebro was killing all the mutants they were gonna do shots around the world shwoing the machine affecting the mutants, one of them was going to show a mutant with a card in his hand meaning it to be gambit, but they were gonna show him from the back i think

In the scene in X2 where Mystique searches in the computer for the location of Magneto's prison, she looks at a list of names of mutants. u wnt find him, they didnt use the shot, it was going to be an actual shot of him from the back along wiv other mutants, i fink i herd sumwer there was gonna b 1 of beast turning furry but they didnt go with it n just done it how it is in the film

Yeah, they actually did film the shot, but the snippet never made it to post-production. It wasn't formal or anything - in an interview, the stunt guy (who was originally hired to double stunts for Wolverine or something but couldn't because he was accidentally injured) said Singer just pointed at him on the set and asked him to stand in for a shot of Gambit from the back just on basis of his body type and stuff. Still, I'd be curious to see it, lol.

There was a filmed Gambit cameo for X2, but the footage was held back. X2 Stuntman James Bamford filmed the cameo (and returned for X3 as well).

Where was Bamford in X3? I suppose he was there as a stunt double?
