I think they limited themselves to characters created in the last 10 years.

Gordon first appeared in the late 90's. Snake (naked and solid) have been around in some form since the late 80's.

Damn shame that Phoenix Wright is relegated to a portrait in the background. Capcom seems under represented in general. No Dante?

Not sure about the lady but I taking that's Loghain from Dragon Age: Origins, I'm surprised to see that Sackboy wasn't in the pic, though he was going to make it.

Loghain was my first thought, but it doesn't really look like him. Then I considered the dude from The Witcher, but then I remembered he has white hair.

I guess it will just have to remain a mystery for now.
