Big Dris would be AWESOME as Goliath but they could always give Keith David a cameo as a cop or something. Rosario Dawson as Elisa Maza, Angela Bassett as Demona, Robert Downey Jr as Xanatos, Tom Felton as Brooklyn, Evan Peters as Lexington, Seth Rogan as Broadway and Samuel L Jackson as Hudson.

I've worried for a long time about what could be lost in translation from TV to film on a show this complex. But now it's clear that a big-budget live-action film is the surest way to revive interest in the brand.

Idris is The Man if they want to bring the star power. Sterling K. Brown would be my runner-up.

For Xanatos, my faves are Justin Baldoni and Shazad Latif (the latter would get the obligatory Trek connection)

Rosario was my Elisa pick awhile ago. These days, I would get excited by Candace Patton, Jessica Lucas, or Meaghan Rath.

Still working on my picks for Demona, although Elizabeth Debicki would be fun. She wouldn't even have to wear lifts.
