Maybe this is a positive, though. Maybe this will be the incentive that gets people really pushing for alternative fuels instead of merely having a vague interest (if any at all).

The people who tend to be against the immediate implementation of alternative fuels will, about 90% of the time, argue that it will, "cripple the economy." Well yeah, but if nobody can afford to go anywhere, like to work, or to buy things, I'm pretty sure the economy will be ****ed anyways.
