Powerade is cheaper by like, 25 cents. lol. I found this out after buying Gatorade everyday for almost a year.

From what I understand, Gatorate replenishes the electrolytes you use when you sweat. So if you do a lot of physical activity it really helps you rehydrate.

Green Apple Gatorade was the greatest liquid ever concieved by man. Haven't been able to find it anywhere in the last 10 or so years except for a train station in Italy though.

Neither. You should only drink Gatorade / Powerade if you are working out for an hour or more... otherwise you should drink water.

I used to drink the Fierce Melon (3 or 4/day), but I haven't had any Gatorade in months, and I only tried Powerade[fruit punch I think] once. Once was enough.

We had two choices of Poweraide in the Army; red and yellow. Anyway, I guess I got used to it, so I still drink Poweraide. That and it is the official sports drink of the NHL.

Gatorade. Powerade has high fructose corn syrup in it. There is a new one called Accelerade that has protein, I'm waiting for one that also contains testoserone, opium and meth.
