Id be curious to know how much of that footage belongs to Ron Howard.
His voice is off and his line delivery doesn't seem very good either. Han's repartee with Lando, Chewie and his other associates will make or break the movie for me. So Alden better bring the goods in the the final product.
Are these posters legit? I can't find them on any official SW social media.
After seeing the trailer I can understand why Disney got an acting coach for Alden.
Theyve been hand painted. Theyre legit.
Donald Glover is looking great as Lando.
Emilia looking hot as ever on that poster.
I noticed that right away too. Maybe hell win me over during the movie but he doesnt scream solo to me.
Then stop beating the dead horse. We get it, youre a special one-of-a-kind wunderkind that had the ability to hate The Last Jedi.
I still dont get why this movie is made. He is nothing like Han Solo. And movie is about Han fricking Solo. This really looks like like it's being made by corporate suits to take money from dumb people. I am sorry but it's truth.
I'm pretty sure there are far, far more people than me that hate The Last Jedi.
(For the record I don't hate The Last Jedi, I just don't like it.)
Those are some fantastic posters.
Those posters are great. I feel a little bit better about Han this morning but I need to see more footage. I am feeling more confident though
I'm with the crowd that didn't get any Han Solo vibes from the trailer.
Visuals look good as always but i just don't buy him as Han Solo.
But Donald as Lando looks spot on.
Overall this does not impress me and does not make me want to watch the movie.
I've never been particularly jazzed about the prospect of this movie, and though I have more or less enjoyed all of the films in the Kennedy-era I recognize there is a lot to criticize about them. But having said that, the spot and the trailer have me excited. If nothing else this should be a fun, very well shot space adventure and I don't know that I could ask for more. I'm rooting for this thing to turn out well.
Visuals look awesome. At least on my phone. Have to wait until after work to watch on a bigger screen.
But yeah from the trailed Ehrenreich doesn't have it at all. Like Jesus... That's not good
Will have to see
Ehrenreich seemed wooden and we didn't get much of the sense of the acting of the other cast members.
Visually it looks fine , but that says nothing about the quality of the film.
Its gonna be the same one day as well when they recast indiana jones. Harrison ford just had charisma and the it factor as well as likable as all heck. You cant duplicate that easily and i feel bad for any actor who has that follow up task
Recent reports said he'd re-shot about 80% of the movie.
So, even leaving wiggle-room and taking that as an exaggeration, it's still probably at least 70% Howard. This wasn't re-shoots like Rogue One, this was pretty close to a whole do-over.
Alden was terrible as Han, man. No wonder they are so scared to show anybody this.
How's that? Visuals make up half of what a film is.
I hope we get to see a herd of nerfs.
Looks like some cool action set pieces but, like some others here I cant say the dude playing Han did anything for me. But I guess well see. I do have to give it bonus points for the big space tentacle monster. You can never get enough of those.
Name one necessary film.
