    Ok let's explain:

    Wonder Woman is horribly written
Justice League needing Superman to win
Batman taking off the Bat symbol off his chest? (Superman does that Johns, not Batman)
Batman telling Hal he's Bruce Wayne
    Superman's a dick
Flash doesn't do all that much.
Only reason Flash is involved is because Hal called him.
    Darkseid is one noted.
Darkseid, biggest villain in the DC universe, gets beaten by a noob level Justice League.
    Batman saves Superman.
Aquaman really comes out of no where. I mean he just comes out of the water. No build up or anything. It's like if Black Panther all the sudden was in the Avengers movie. Or Daredevil decided to join the fight in Avengers.
    Darkseid is too tall.
    Superman/Wonder Woman flirting.
Cyborg in it and not Martian Manhunter.

I think that's it but with me, I always leave stuff out.

It hasn't been said how old he will be. Only that he is "tired, weary and seasoned"

If he is like 37 - 38 I can live with it seen as though Superman will be 34 in the sequel more then likely.

I don't want a ****ing cripple Batman I want Arkham Batman on the ****ing cinema screen

If he's portrayed as late thirties... then I can endure it.

I don't think him being in his 40's would mean he's a cripple.

With TDKR we had out of shape Batman..

Would it be too much to ask for a Batman that has been active 5 years and is like 33 years old and a ****ing badass???

    erm DON'T THINK SO..

In an interview, an executive producer for the film mentioned Batman being mid-forties.

Do people stop being badass if they're over 40?

A batman in his 40's isn't a crippled old man.

Affleck looks pretty young for his age. They can probably get away with him playing mid-40s in this film, and then mid-30s if they end up doing spinoff, solo, prequel films.

Only reason he is a "seasoned" Batman is because they wanted Affleck to play him and catered the story around Affleck's age.

    That is my opinion

They don't stop being a badass, but they do stop being at the top of their game physically.

How many 45 year old MMA fighters or Boxers do you see fighting at top levels?

A Batman who's approaching 50 just can't be the pinnacle of human physicality.

    1940's more like it.

Did they ever say how old Bruce was in that show?

Bruce had to have been in his 40s during Justice League. He went through Dick as his partner, Barbara, Tim with Joker.

He was probably 32ish in BTAS, 36ish in New Adventures and 40ish in Justice League.

    Seems reasonably.

In a movie that has aliens and a vigilante that has avoided capture for years and possibly a magic island of the amazons, do you really think Snyder will deem it too silly to have an older batman still be at that pinnacle?

Based on what? Is there a source for your statement? Or is this a subtle let's bash Goyer, Snyder, and Johns thread?

I can accept Tony Stark being in hi's 40's/50's because that's actually how his age has been portrayed in the comics for a long time. Also it's the suit doing the brunt of physical work.

Batman needs to be portrayed as mid thirties for him to be believable IMO.

Hell Chuck Norris is 73. 73!!!

This is him from Expendables 2

He looks like he could kick every member of this site's ass at once and not break a sweat.

Still Superman and Wonder Woman are supernatural characters their inclusion in the world shouldn't fundamentally alter the basic realities of the human body.

The flip side is that Batman is already completely unbelievable in his basic concept I suppose.

No human being could possibly learn and master so many disciplines, talents and skills by their thirties. If anything for Batman to be as mentally and physically skilled as he is in the comics he'd have to train and study every day until he was about 60.
