(LifeSiteNews.com) - Booklets from a subsidiary of the German government's Ministry for Family Affairs encourage parents to sexually massage their children as young as 1 to 3 years of age. Two 40-page booklets entitled "Love, Body and Playing Doctor" by the German Federal Health Education Center (Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung - BZgA) are aimed at parents - the first addressing children from 1-3 and the other children from 4-6 years of age.

"Fathers do not devote enough attention to the clitoris and vagina of their daughters. Their caresses too seldom pertain to these regions, while this is the only way the girls can develop a sense of pride in their sex," reads the booklet regarding 1-3 year olds. The authors rationalize, "The child touches all parts of their father's body, sometimes arousing him. The father should do the same."

Canadian author and public speaker Michael O'Brien who has written and spoken extensively about the crisis of culture in the West spoke to LifeSiteNews.com about the shocking and extremely disturbing phenomenon. It is, he said, "State-encouraged incest, which in most civilized societies is a crime." The development is, he suggests, a natural outcome of the rejection of the Judeo-Christian moral order.

"The imposed social revolution that has swept the western world is moving to a new stage as it works out the logical consequences of its view of man's value," said O'Brien. "It is merely obeying its strictly materialist philosophy of man. If man is no more than a creature created for pleasure or power. If he is no more than a cell in the social organism, then no moral standards, no psychological truths, no spiritual truths can refute the 'will to power' and the 'will to pleasure'."

The pamphlet advises parents to permit young children "unlimited *********ion" except where physical injury becomes apparent. It advises: "Children should learn that there is no such thing as shameful parts of the body. The body is a home, which you should be proud of." For ages 4-6, the booklet recommends teaching children the movements of copulation.

Another product of the BZgA is a song book aimed at children of four and slightly older which includes several songs espousing *********ion. The song-book entitled "Nose, belly and bum" includes one song with the following lyrics: "When I touch my body, I discover what I have. I have a vagina, because I am a girl. Vagina is not only for peeing. When I touch it, I feel a pleasant tingle."

Rzeczpospolita reports that the Eckhardt Scheffer of BZgA claimed that before releasing the manual the organization consulted parents, educators and child psychologists. 93% of whom gave a positive evaluation.

Even for a Western nation, Germany's billboards and television ads push the limits of public pornography. Last year LifeSiteNews.com reported that a very popular teen magazine in Germany publishes nude photos of teens in sexual positions which would be in almost any other nation illegal child pornography.

With a licentiousness as the new morality of the secular materialist establishment and homeschool a forbidden practice, parents in Germany may well wonder what will transpire in public education.

I'm normally a lurker but this thread has made me angry enough to create an account. The article there is, simply put, utter nonsense. I'm a German citizen and Germany's Pedo and Child-Pornography-Laws are incredible strict, compared to other European nations. You can get arrested for stuff here that most Americans would shrug and laugh about. Even writing a “fictional” story or drawing a picture can get you up to 5 years in prison here, if it depicts a sexual act between what can be “perceived” as a minor (as in, it doesn't have to be a minor, but if it creates the impression of it being one, your ass is toast) and an adult (yes, that includes Hentai pics on places like 4chan etc.). Creation, possession and distribution of such things is strictly prohibited. That goes as far as taking pictures of your daughter playing in the bathtub. If you do and show it to someone you better get an attorney. The stuff that is legally shown on various American websites, hosted within the States, would get you major jail time here!

Now for that Magazine, it's called "Bravo" a Magazine for teenagers and yes it shows nude pictures of Teens. This, however, is not Child-Pornography, according to German Law because a child is defined as a person under 14 years of age here. Everything above this age mark is recognized as a Teenager and therefore not part of laws, which govern Child-Pornography. Now, Teenage-Pornography is of course not allowed too. You have to be at least 18 years of age to partake in the creation of pornographic Material (much higher than for example in Sweden or Austria, where it is 16). Here in Europe we differentiate between nudity and pornography. The shots show nude Teenagers, full frontal, standing with their arms held down, nothing "suggestive" or erotic about it. It looks more like a picture done during a medical exam. Or to be more specific, stuff you can see in every biology text book.


The article quoted here is nothing more than a thinly veiled propaganda piece, done by some self appointed moral watchdog with a christian-fundamentalist agenda (Not surprising, really. I'm just glad fundamentalist religious people don't have much to say here anymore!). It lacks any kind of merit, insight or integrity. Whomever wrote it simply can't accept the fact that not every western culture is as stuck up and puritan as some parts of the North American Hemisphere. We simply don't consider nudity something shameful and we also don't consider a nude picture to be automatically pornographic! After all, if we did, we would have to put a lot of black bars in the Louvre or the Brittish National Museum.

As for this so called "Promotion-Phamplet", knowing how paranoid German society is about Pedophilia, I highly doubt the veracity of that thing!

Exactly, like I said, people here are even more paranoid about Pedophilia than in the states. It's even discussed in government if our law enforcement officers should get the legal possibility to install spy software on every citizen's computers to search for stuff like that. To be more specific, it's actually just a formality. State hacking is gonna become a reality here soon, thanks to all the Pedo- and Terrorist Panic.

As for Germany not being Christan enough, considering that our government is currently run by the CDU, the Christian Democratic Union (Germany's equivalent to the Republicans), and the fact that 80% of the population are registered as Christian, I'd say Mister O'Briens assesment comes of as a bad joke. Germany is the ONLY European nation that has a specific christian connotation in their constitution, it reads "in our responsibilty before God and man". Separation of church and state is not truly given here like in, for example France or even Turkey. We are one of the last European nations where God is the one who legitimizes Government (at least on paper). It's just that our christians are not as stuck up as, say in the States or Canada. They are far more reasonable. However, should they ever get as fundamental as you guys, oh boy then we are in deep **** cause if you go strictly by the pre-amble of our constitution there is no separation of church and state.
