Ghost of Eli is bonded with a Spirit of Vengeance

I have just started reading Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider (I have issues 1-12).

I have heard many people say that the Ghost of Eli that is bonded to Robbie Reyes is not affiliated with the Ghost Rider, I disagree.

The Ghost of Eli revealed himself to Reyes when he was bloodied and battered.
Noble Kale revealed himself to Danny Ketch the same way.

The Spirit of Vengeance have been bonded with vengeful souls in the past such as, Zarathos & Noble Kale.

I haven't read more into the story yet, but am I wrong to come to this conclusion so far?

I don't recall it changing. Maybe they'll figure a way to connect his possession to the SOVs. I mean, what's one more origin in the legacy of Ghost Rider, right?

I might be talking with my foot in my mouth here, but I'm pretty sure Robbie is a full-on Spirit of Vengeance as of Marvel Legacy.
