A nine-year-old girl looks like "someone's sprayed acid on her" after using a popular sunscreen, her mother has claimed.

Louise Nickles, from Exeter, said she applied Banana Boat Ultramist Kids SPF 50 to her daughter Olivia Bennett while they were on holiday in Mexico in June.

Ms Nickles said her daughter's legs broke out in blisters and is calling for the product to be removed.

I would love to read an analysis of that sunblock and the medical report.

Was this possibly an allergic reaction?

If it's not then the Joker is spiking random products again.

For some reason this phrasing: "Girl, nine, suffers 'acid-like' burns from sunscreen says mother" - made me think the mother was cruelly doing it to the girl and blaming the after effects on sun block to the authorities. We live in a world where mothers put babies into ovens, so it was possible.
