Homecoming give your ideas for first Spider-man civil war apperance

I like to see Iron Man and Captain America fighting then suddenly a web yanks Captain America's shield away both Iron Man and Captain America say "What was that?" then we see Spider-man swing by

I think first scene will be apidey rounding up some crooks. And this story gets wind to avengers steve or tony and they then go looking for this scarey seen new powered person.
