No, Lea has said that she already (and only) knows what Rachel/Sam/Blaines storylines will be for the final season. Ryan has said that those three will be back and most likely centered on.

I'm surprised Sam is coming back, I thought his return to Lima was the end for him. Is Shue done?

More than likely, he will probably be centered on about just as much as he was this season. But with these writers, who knows.

So yeah... this show can end. Im not even going to start with how much I can no longer stand rachel berry.... what a horridly unlikable character shes become. Entitled. Irrational. She been built up as wanting nothing more than to be a broadway star so she quits school and gets her dream job in her dream play. Only to get bored of it and suddenly decide she wants to be a tv star??????

The writers of this show better live it up... because hopefully this is the last gig they ever get.

I honestly wonder if the writers are purposefully "totaling the car" at this point. There's no way they're looking down at the scripts they've completed and thinking "job well done". I've NEVER seen a show fall from grace like this one has, and that includes plenty shows that I've lost interest in.

I just want to know how anyone on this show that isnt an EP still has a job. If RM and co. wouldnt make any changes, FOX should've stepped in and handed out some pink slips.

And no surprise that Nayas ex wrote the finale, he gives us all the best episodes....

I really think the problem is that the head of the network has too much respect for Murphy. If ABC was willing to part ways with the creator of Revenge after season 2 because they didn't like the direction the story was taking, FOX should have rid Glee of Ryan a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago.

The creator of Revenge left on their own accord though? They wanted less episodes and abc wasn't here for that.

But I do agree about them having to much respect for RM. As do most studio heads for some reason.

Either way, the creator was pushing for something that the network didn't agree with and they parted ways. I feel like if Murphy tried to push for anything, that FOX would immediately roll over for him. And forget about them exerting their own will over him.

I agree to an extent.. but you can also tell Ryan is completely over this show.. and really doesn't do much with it any more... he's the master spokesman, but that's about it. He will probably direct the finale.. but i don't think he's been doing too much behind the scenes for a while with this. It's become incredibly horrible even by his standards... All his other shows have never been this awful

Well yeah he hasnt been on set for lord knows how long, he couldn't even really comment on the Naya mess because he wasnt there which he said. Just that she and Lea would be back next season.

Even if he did, would he really care? Rachel is the star and gets anything and everything she wants.

I hope if we are jumping around the states for this last season that they at least do it somewhat right. Instead of cramming everyone into each episode, just center on two each episode.

You know, I was thinking last night... what if the situation the show is in now isn't due to the network rolling over for the writers/producers, but rather the writers/producers rolling over for the actors. Everything about the show now just reeks of "Hey, [enter castmember name], what do you want to do this week?" with next to no concern for any sort of long-term story or just making sense at all.

I doubt that cause then the only cast member they would be rolling over for would be Lea and possibly Darren.

It looks like season 6 will only be 13 episodes which is good because they've already dragged out the show for so long.

Looks like they wont hit that 1000th song mark I bet RM and co. were aiming for.

Considering most people probably stopped getting any sort of excitement from the song choices at about 500 or so, I don't think it's that great of a loss.

Seriously, apart from Finn's memorial episode, I can barely think of any other songs this season that made a legit impression on me.

yeah but it would be a huge achievement that they could brag about. Im surprised that they havent started releasing Best of Albums for the show/Characters.

I wish I could go back in time and force them to cover some songs and storlines.

The Unholy Trinity performing Dont Cha by PCD was such a wasted opportunity, along with When I Grow Up by PCD for Santana.
