When David Nutter signed on to another pilot, I really wasn't sure who they'd go for, but I never even considered Winter. I'm fine with this. He's done some great work over the years.

He's a great choice, he has directed some of the best episodes of Smallville, Arrow and The Flash, he earned it. Hopefully the Pilot script is good, because not even the best director could save a bad script.
