Good Actors Cast In Bad Superhero Movies That You Want Redeemed With Good Ones?

What good actors cast in bad superhero movies that you hope get another shot in a good one day? Colin Farrell recently got his superhero movie redemption from Daredevil with The Batman and we all know both Chris Evans and Micheal B. Jordan got their bite of the superhero movie redemption pie with Captain America and Black Panther respectively. Barry Keoghan was in the critically panned Eternals last year, but then was in the critically praised The Batman as…you-know-who.

For me:

1. Anya Taylor Joy - Is too talented to just stick with New Mutants.

2. Jaime Bell - Fan4stic shouldn’t close the book on him being in a good superhero film, imo.

2. Blake Lively(Green Lantern): She’s actually a really good actress! I think she’d be fine as either a hero or villain.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The entire cast deserved a better movie. Luckily Garfield and Foxx later got that with No Way Home.

Nicolas Cage. Horrible in the Ghost Rider films but he was great in Kick-Ass and I would love to see him as a villain in a DC or MCU movie. I think he was in the running for Norman Osborn in Tobey’s first Spider-Man movie… I could still see him as that character if the MCU ever does decide to introduce a new version in the main MCU.

Yeah, he's not the best at picking projects. I'd be down to see him as Deathstroke in the Reeves universe.

Leto is 0/2 in superhero roles. I do think he’s a good actor but unless he wants to go the Ryan Reynolds route (star in like 10 bad CBMs until you strike gold) he might just want to avoid the genre from now on.

I think Blake and her husband weren’t bad in GL but the script, pacing and tonal shifts did them no favors. RR would’ve been better if his Hal was less jokey while Blake was just… there.

I've seen her in Gossip Girl being not nice.

I prefer someone else as Emma Frost.
