Starting now, East Coast.

I thought Catwoman wasn't supposed to be a killer.

Well, that Ogre subplot officially has me terrified. Barbara being one of his victims will answer a lot of fans' prayers, though. :hehe: I hope Gordon doesn't succeed in taking down Loeb. He's awesome.

Selina pushing Reggie put the window was a great moment. A shout out to Batman Returns?

Glad Dahlmacher's not dead. I think he's kinda cool. But is this the end of Fish?

Decent episode. Actually kept my interest.

I had a feeling the cop that gave Jim the case was up to something. This Ogre business doesn't seem like anything special though. It looks like he's going after Barbara next. I wonder if they try to placate the fans by killing Babs off. :hehe:

The Fish plot was actually interesting. I thought she was going to rat on the strong guys escaping as a way to further prove her loyalty. But she actually tried to help the rest of the prisoners, which I didn't expect. Great performance by Jada in Doll Makers office. I still think the writing on this show let her down. When she has stuff to work with that's worthy of her,she always nails it. I hope she lives long enough to go out guns blazing against Penguin.

Penguin had his amusing little subplot.

The Bruce/Selina stuff was pretty good.....up until they had 13 y/o Selina kill a guy. I didn't even like the adult Selina killing in the movies,so this was really a groan inducer. :whatever:

Apparently, only in live action. They can't help themselves.

Well, since they've had Batman and Superman kill people, I guess it's no surprise someone like Catwoman does it too. The shocker here is that she's a kid.

With regards to Selina, I would never really call her a 'killer' in the same vein as Batman's other Rogues.

BUT I've always felt that she would be willing to go their if it meant that herself or someone that she cared about was in danger. And she likes Bruce, and knows he would never go that far to protect himself, so she pushed the guy out the window for him.

I felt it was in keeping with her character, especially on this show where Selina is a real street kid, and growing up on the streets of Gotham...I'm sure that wasn't the first time she's had to make a tough decision like that.

Seemed like a pretty easy decision for her to me.

I won't be surprised when they have Bruce kill someone, I guess.

The break was long enough to make me lose interest in this show.:oldrazz:
Can't get into it.

Yeah, Fish and Dulmacher feels like a waste of two great actors with no real plan worth their time. Restoring strong, focused story structure should be this show's main priority getting into its sophomore season.

The A-plot was only adequate, but with strong promise for an end of season plot arc. The Ogre is a good badguy, and well acted, but he's not all that different from every other serial killer bad guy in procedurals. Barbara seems like the prime suspect for trimmed fat, with the complete lack of purpose for her character.

Bruce and Selina is where the show's most intriguing character development for tonight. Seeing Bat and Cat on the streets is a status quo this show should establish, and we know they'll have another storyline in Bruce's arena coming up. So, having Bruce clearly dealing with violent impulses and Cat being willing to kill for a friend gives their relationship some nice dimension. It also adds a seed for their antagonism that makes a bit more sense than just the stealing.

how the hell will Gordon take down Loeb? Even he is replaced, the replacement may be just as bad as Loeb under the mob control

I won't be surprised when they have Bruce kill someone, I guess.

I don't think he'd kill anyone outright. Maybe his actions would result in death, but nothing like what Selina did.

You lost interest in the show, so you had to come to the Gotham forums (a show you lost interest in) to let us know that? Ok. So I guess we won't see you in these forums anymore right?

I really enjoyed this series so far..
It's just hard for me to get back into stuff after such a long break.

I'm sure it will grab my attention again before the season is over.

After Jada Smith said that she wouldn't be back for season 2, a lot people thought that she spoiled her character's death. But after Dulmacher threatened to turn her into something unrecognizable I thought that maybe the reason that Jada won't be back for season 2 is because he recaptures her and turns her into something unrecognizable and they wouldn't need Jada for season 2 because Fish would no longer look or sound like Jada Smith.

It was a good episode. Ogre seems like a good villain and it will be interesting to see how Gordon takes him (and Loeb) down.

I think that was the 1st episode that i enjoyed jada's character
good job selina,i got no issues with it
