Gotham: The Killing Joke Edition is looking pretty sweet.

Holy ****, is this named after the Faith No More song? One of my favorite bands! I'm guessing it isn't and the phrase is more common than I realized, though...

I've said it in a couple of places now.

Look at the promo. Look in the mirrors. Really look in the mirrors. I'm not referring to the location.

    It's confirmed.

That it is, my friend. As great as the last episode that aired was, this is about to be a billion times better.

It's true what they say: when Jerome comes alive, so does Gotham.

Just look at that thumbnail pic. Look at Cameron's facial expression.

Dude is the Joker. If he's not, they'd miss a huge opportunity with him.

When they interviewed Cameron Monaghan about his role in Gotham, he didn't correct the journalist when she called him "The Joker". Cameron even said their inspiration for Jerome storyline in S3 was Joker in the New 52, "The Death of the family".

I think it's clear that Jerome is The Joker, I'm very curious about who's gonna give him that name. The press? Jim?
I like the ambiguity around it tho, that nobody in Gotham has yet called him "The Joker". I can't wait for it to happen! I wonder who will give him that name?

Episode 13 was easily one of my favorite! I loved every part of it (which doesn't happen often). And of course Jerome was amazing.

That could be coming down the pipeline soon. This show isn't exactly known for its subtlety when it comes to the villains.

My favorite band too but The Gentle Art Of Making Enemies is a book by the painter James McNeill Whistler, published in 1890.

I feel like by now they're aware that making Jerome the official Joker is the smart route to take, hence bringing him back.

All that remains to be seen is how he'll take that final step to become perma-white with green hair. Now that's a moment I can't wait for! :woot:

Re-watching that promo again, I noticed that Jerome's carnival looks to be located inside a factory of some sorts.

    I like it tho!

That would be a really good twist! I won't be even mad if Jerome desappears again if it did because he fell down in the acid.

Also I would love the fact that the circus is really the place when Jerome become The Joker, first when he killed his mother and second the acid.
