Aside from the Nygma/Jim/Lee stuff, this is a really good episode so far!!

 

Even though they killed Ras again. I doubt he will be permanently dead. Might not return on the show at this point, but he is part of Batman's future. Talia will probably resurrect him at some point.

 

No Man's Land begins. And goddammit, please tell me Barbara isn't going to become the Demon's Head again.

 

Nobody acquired it, and they will could bring in Talia next season.
