I'd agree completely if the cop was your only protagonist. Heck, I'd be the first to cry foul. But with multiple protagonists and potential for additional characters on top of that in DLC, I wouldn't see a problem having one that plays slightly different from the others.

So I'm playing V in Ps4 and it amazes me how it still looks good given that the early GTA Ps2 videogames weren't that eXcellent when it came to the graphics.

For GTA VI, I definitely want Vice City to return as the main location. I don't mind if its smaller than GTA v's map. I've never really got that invested with Liberty City (III, Liberty City Stories and IV) especially to the games that featured San Andreas. Vice City has a special place in my heart as it was my 1st open world game and my first GTA game. I also prefer Vice City Stories over Liberty City Stories and that game came out back in 2006. So its way overdue for a Vice City return.

For the GTA 6 leads, I want female characters, two to three female leads. I'm thinking Charlie's Angels meets Salt/Spy/Mrs. Smith/Thelma & Louise/Kill Bill/Ocean's 8. Its about damn time for a female led-GTA game!

A longtime friend of mine told me that an announcement on GTA 6 could be coming on Sunday during the Super Bowl or sometime during that day. I asked him where he heard it but he won't respond back to me. So I'm not sure how legit he is or if he's just screwing with me.

It has me wondering though. The rumors of it being set back in Vice City, the fictional Miami is interesting because that's where the Super Bowl is being played.

I haven't seen him in awhile. We graduated together and used to play the GTA games when we were kids. So I'm not sure how legit he is or where he heard this info. We've kept in touch through facebook and texts. So he could just be messing with me or he's heard something concrete.

They announced that Bully 2 was in development some time ago, but was cancelled.

GTA 6 has been heavily rumored for months and was confirmed to be in development recently at a rockstar tax meeting or something. I'm expecting it sometime next year for next gen but they could do a release this year on current gen and then a port for next gen and pc months later like for GTA V

Gta v has sold like 100 million already? The reason why its taking so long for the sequel,is they are making so much money from GTA Online which I don't even care playing.

I played Horizon, Rdr2, Ac, Spider-Man and in my opinion, GTA V is better than all of them. I haven't played it in a year and there are still few side missions and collectibles I haven't searched (those toxic things in the sea for example), but the city is basically your playground. Either you roam around or just completely destroy the city. And switching playable characters in an instant is a big feature that a lot of recent open world games didn'tfeature.

I can't wait for gta 6!

GTA is still king by a long way. GTA V is 7 years old & it's still an incredibly popular game through things like the single player, the online mode & on PC you've all the fan created servers & gamemodes.

When they do make a 6th it's going to shatter all sorts of records.

Only GTA and RDR should be compared. All of those are different but I love GTA so much because it's like different type of games in one!

I have had trouble getting into GTA V. Had it for years and every so often I get around to playing it but it just hasn't hooked me. The last time I really played a GTA game though was San Andreas. I have GTA IV but never got far into it due to reasons other than the game itself. GTA III and Vice City were great though.

I hate how Rockstar has completely ignored single player mode. Was hoping to get some single player DLC like GTA4 but it seems they’ve focused on online only. Never got into it to be honest

I agree single player needs some love but well I for one am very into both single player and online. In fact, I'm actually online at my casino penthouse right now! I'm wearing a helmet to keep my incognito gimmick and am going on a motorcycle ride anyway

Its crazy the gap between gta v and gta vi is going to be 8 to 10 years. I'd be surprised if it gets released next year especially there's no announcement yet and announced videogames always get delayed. Ps5 is coming soon and Rockstar didn't release a gta game originally for ps4. I'll never get into online and multiplayer gaming so a sequel is really overdue. I hope the gap between gta 6 and 7 won't be as long as gta5/6, but a lot of the vg developers are taking longer time to release a sequel especially compare to the 90s/00s. So I think we would be lucky to get two gta games in this decade.

I understand the complaints about online but I find GTA and Red Dead Online fun/great because of the variety of ways to play through single and team work perspectives in either free roam or missions. However, I defiently want a balanced and fair dedication to offline single player!

I would also like the franchise to take a new direction. Go grounded/realistic to an extent such as Red Dead Redemption or keep the perfect wild action movie vibe like Fast and Furious/Hobbs & Shaw but drop the dirty immature over the top parody humor. Also, please no more characters like Trevor!

RPG elements would be very nice in terms of having choices to keep being despicable or a cool criminal like Benjamin or Luis(GTA IV dlc story expansion)but even more towards being a pacifiest. Multiple protagonists should also be more different like one being a criminal and another a cop/undercover cop. The story should also center more around...Grand Theft Auto. Take more inspirations from Fast & Furious or Gone in 60 Seconds than all about drugs/money and violence

I think it would be a bit much for some people. And thats just my personal choice. I don't think Rockstar would commit to 3 female protagonists. I would surprised if they ever give us a female protagonist in their game.

Well if they do 3 main characters again, I don't see why they can't make one of them a female. Have her be a cool car thief or something. Maybe just have create a character in single player like Saints Row

I mentioned I'd like rpg elements such as choices but roles with different objectives and goals would be cool. Could have a cop, car thief and another type of criminal with them being a female, mexican and black or white.(sorry but I only want to play as a female the whole game if it's optional
