Basis for inclusion, I guess is that each one offered something new or definitive to the industry. No Tera, cause Jenna is pretty much the queen of late 90's/noughties, no Seka cause she was only in a few pornos and Marilyn Chambers was the biggest star of the late seventies/early eighties.
