There were some pre-production ideas for the Green Goblin costume. There's this one I haven't seen in a while- makes the Goblin seem more demon-like.

I think I know what your talking about. But I can't find pictures of it.

I don't know if this has been asked before but I kinda thought the guy who we saw testing out the glider had a cool look to him.

If you mind the guy in green suit and red goggles first time we see the glider then you know what I mean.

He looked more of a villain than Goblin plus the bald head reminded me of Vulture.

The only suit ever decided upon was the suit used in the movie. There were, as always with such things, many different prototypes, and some can be seen in Behind the Web of Spider-Man, the official book.
