DC COMICS: BOX OFFICE & AWARDS | Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom

If Joker doesn't make at least 600 m I'll be shocked (It feels like 700 m + to me). The hype is just getting started, by the time it's released it will feel like an event.

Don't jinx it, we thought Shazam! would make 700M lmfao

This is not a high budget movie, nor it is connected to other DC movies. I think Studio is not expecting huge Box Office numbers due to this being more closer to indie, character driven movies. The other thing to consider is that this movie is not the usual "feel good comic book movie" or a "popcorn entertainer" (like for example, Spider-Man Homecoming and Venom). So commercial expectations have to be low.

The reaction has been insane and the Joker is one of those transcendent characters. I wouldn't be surprised if this blows up massively in the fall. I get where you guys are coming from though. Expecting greatness either way.

I know in Latin America it will be fine, LA loves Batman and the Joker, so its gonna be fine in markets like Mex and Brazil, not sure about Asia, at least in China, i think they're more into action/big production films so it wont be big there, Europe might get average numbers and America is so weird, with the latest mass shootings and this "woke" bs trend on america's media / social media, idk how it can affect the film there

The R-rating may keep it out of China.

100M on lock

I wouldn't add it to the DCEU especially since it lacks any of the characters.

I would personally add it to the Losers, Red, Road to Perdition, V for Vendetta movies.

That would be a nice domestic number for WW 84. Maybe it can make it past the $500m mark.

Updated the OP with the gif of WW84 and second post with the Awards of Joker

Hope this film reaches at least 300M world wide, one more week for its debut in some markets, so finger crossed
