Since this is a Kevin Smith-obsessed message board, I'd say this would be considered the ultimate guilty pleasure:

I think Kevin Smith fans just hate the movie because he isn't doing fart jokes. The movie really wasn't THAT bad. Smith showed that he matured as a person and filmmaker.

one martial arts movie thats a guilty pleasure of mine is the jaguar LIVES starring joe lewis in a a martial artist /drug agent named jonathan cross codenamed the jaugar is on medical leave and considering retirement after being shot in the line of duty he is recruited to investigate a drug cartel called "the killing of the kings" who it appears is reponsible for his partners murder
i'm suprised they never tried to make a MA/spy movie franchise of this character i''d bet he'dve made it big time

Critics hate a lot of stuff that the public loves. In 1967, Bonnie & Clyde got horrible reviews from critics. Nowadays its an American classic.
