Guns Akimbo (Daniel Radcliffe & Samara Weaving)

Samara Weaving in all the damn movies. No complaints tho.

The action looks really well shot, other than that it doesn't appeal to me all that mauch, it reminds me of those Crank movies, and what is going on with Samara Weaving's eyebrows?

I love ridiculous movies like these. It's pandering to my fanboy sensibilities but I give zero craps, man. You got me.

Lol this movie was bat**** insanity from beginning to end. If you enjoy stuff like the Crank movies than this is definitely the movie for you. Samara Weaving is great in it as well and Daniel Radcliffe continues to have one of the most interesting careers in Hollywood IMO with these random and completely left field projects and I got nothing but complete respect and admiration for the guy for doing it.

So I watched this. It's dime store Matthew Vaughn and I mean that in the most affectionate way possible. A brilliant piece of junk food cinema IMO. Weaving as Nix just steals this movie completely and she has one particularly phenomenal line that sums up what an amazing piece of trash this movie is. Hook it to my veins!

I saw this yesterday and it is insane. I don't know what kind of box office it is going to do but they are setting up for a franchise. Wouldn't mind seeing that. Kind of an off-the-rails John Wick thing.

Huh, Cinema Village is playing it at 10 PM everyday this week. I think I found my Thursday evening.

Can't Daniel Radcliffe's character just go to a hospital?

No more than he could go to the police.

Yes, go to the hospital and get shot the cops.

I’ll be doing a mini-review this week on the show but I found it to be ok. Didn’t knock my socks off. Super cartoony “video game” violence. LOTS of CGI blood-spray got old pretty fast. I would say a more colorful comic booky version of Crash. Radcliffe and Weaving are great in it together but their time on screen with one another is limited.

It’s worth a watch.

Welp, that was easily worth the 12 bucks I paid to see it. Just wish it wasn't at 10 pm on a Thursday. Getting home has been a long trip so far.

Is that Hugh Jackman as the vagrant in the trailer? Sure as hell looks like him.
