And even though Bustillo and Maury recently said they were developing another new French thriller, Snow (details), these Halloween 2 rumblings corroborate whispers we've been hearing that the pair were close to committing to a U.S. picture.
Zombie has expressed publicly his disinterest in helming another Halloween. The writer-director's reworking of Carpenter's slasher milestone made $78 million worldwide.
