What are your plans?




I've been a Batman character for the last 3 years (Penguin in '08, Joker in '07, and Bats himself in '06) so I'm going fort something a bit different, but still in the DC Universe, sort of.

My friends and I have the plastic Black Lantern rings DC gave away with the first issue of Blackest Night, and I recently bought some Elvis sunglasses, and a friend happened to be wearing the ring and glasses at the same time. In seeing this I had a Eureka moment and decided that we would be Black Lantern dead celebrities.

So this year I'll be Black Lantern Elvis

I'll be going as the Joker (surprise surprise). My Heath Ledger Joker suit is just too awesome not to use again this year.

I'm doing Bank Heist Joker this year. The cheapest costume I've ever done beleive it or not. The suit and shirt only cost $7, the bag $20, and I'm going to wear my make-up. So not that bad of deal after all, LOL. :

I myself am taking a bat break like Sonic this year, and plan on doing a Friday the 13th Pt 6 costume, yea I know big leap huh. Still trying to sell my joker costume from last year though

I like to chalk it up to people being jealous.

I know a TON of people who do Jason costume, can't wait to see it mate!

I will be doing a Babyface costume fro The Hills Run Red. Still have to modify the mask, add the human jawbones, etc. Need to find some baby toys too.

Thats awesome, I just recently watched that film and toyed with the idea of doing that myself. You gotta post some pics here or pm me some when you have it finished. Party City actually had a perfect mask for that, didnt know if thats where you got yours.

Yep. Party City. Of course I had to take all the paint off of it. That brown and the pink "blush" on the cheeks was just bad. I'll take a pic tonight of how it's coming along.

Here's a pic of what i've done so far. Removed the paint, added breaks in the mask, removed the mesh piece from the broken eye, started razoring crack detailing on the broken eye and cut the bucky jawbone in half. So far, it's coming along nicely.

I can't find a dang red zip-up hoodie to save my life!

I think I am going with a black mask costume. Simple, effective, and if Nolan does use Black mask, I will of been him before everyone else hops on the bandwagon.

Well I wanted to go as Poison Ivy because I <3, her and already have a lot of the costume Including red hair. but a friend is already going as her.

So I have decided on going as Harley Quinn in stead. It's not the same but I am Getting way excited cause I am putting together a way awesome costume.

I got my mask about half weathered now. For some reason there looks like too much of a yellow to it, or is it just me?

sandmjuggalos, the mask looks awesome man , I think the color is great for the weathered look. Here is what I have put together so far with my F13th part VI costume. Only thing I have left to make is a cemetery fence rod prop.
