What did you not like about H2?

All the stuff that made Halo:CE great for me was missing. The settings were bad, especially Delta Halo. And my favorite moment "Finish this Fight", (Alright I don't have to be this stupid Arbiter no more), Credits..........

Read the WIRED article about the making of Halo 3. It has some great insight into why Halo 2 wasn't what SOME gamers were expecting. I loved it, though.

In Co-Op, the other player's are all elite's including the Arbitor.

It's possible. The game went gold a while ago and Epsilon's been played for weeks. Reviewers must have a copy.
