Where is hammer industries ? In new york like star expo or in west coast like Stark industries ?

Los Angeles right down the street from Stark Industries, in the comics Hammer runs Roxxon Corp, which was seen in the first film, I would imagine that would not change, but it may.

I think Hammer industries will be very far of Stark industries because if not, it could be the same place of fight than the last fight in iron man 1 and it's impossible

Hammer Industries is in Queens, NY. You can see that on the movie, if you pay attention to the subtitles...
