It's probably likely that Zimmer will return for MOS2/Batman vs Supes, so that means he will have to come up with yet another Batman theme to reflect Synder's vision of Batman...also that theme will probably be used in Batman's solo outting......

If we were to get a new composer, which i highly doubt, I would love to hear what Howard Shore could do with a Superman theme.

Maybe Ben Affleck can 'persuade' Snyder to go with Alexandre Desplat (he scored Argo). Desplat is a very versatile composer, and he understands melody and theme down to a 'T.'

But I think Zimmer will be the first choice Snyder will go to.

The OCD in me would go nuts if we had a MOS movie that felt closer to TDK than the next Batman.

It could've been official in that interview. Instead of on tweets by the director and some reporter.That's why I was hoping he'd mention it to Zimmer. But I agree with you about not wanting every superhero movie scored by Zimmer. Wouldn't be much variety in 'em.

If any Batman theme should be the main theme, its the Elfman theme. Great theme.

He better give us a new Batman if he does it. I don't want him recycling his Nolan theme.
