did you read the link? lol Cause it's erroneously celebrating the debut of Detective Comics #27, It's the wrong day, according to the DC Comics archives it's April 18th, 1939 as the actual newsstand date.

Just clearing up some things Happy Belated Birthday Batman April 18th, 1939. Or if we want to be really anal about it, it should be the day Bob Kane and Bill Finger created him.

Perhaps you should read your own link. The article was posted on April 25th of last year, thus making this Batman's 73rd birthday. This is, of course, apparent simply by subtracting 1939 from 2012.
