Happy Birthday 'Batman'

On This Day Today 68 Years Ago (1939). Detective Comics gave the public a brand new superhero called 'The Bat-Man'. The dark knight's instant success was bad news for Gotham City's wrong-doers.

It was however great news for comic fans everywhere, as from that point on, one of the greatest superheroe's was born. Till this day we as Bat fans celebrate the caped crusaders adventures, and are now watching the latest incarnation of Batman in the film medium.

So Happy Birthday Batman, and may you bring us many more years of entertainment. :bat:
