Haven't you learned from Marvel's fuzzy math with comic numbering? Numbers to Marvel mean whatever they want them to mean for whatever editorial push they are presently on. If editorial thinks big numbers scare people, every series will be relaunched after six issues. If they now say big numbers are good for sales and history, they'll make as many comics a three digit number as possible, and so what if they have to fudge a handful?

13 years ago, celebrating a 25th anniversary was the best of both worlds (and honoring the start of the "modern" Marvel Universe with FF #1). Now it's okay to honor stuff almost triple that age. So here we go.
