Iron Man Happy Hogan Suggestion on myspace

Jon Favreau is asking for suggestions of who the fans would like to see as Hap Hogan, he ask's that no wrestlers or underwear models be suggested, after the Pepper Potts question turned into Wrester/Underwear model pic fest I don't blame him for asking that.
So, since he's offically asking for suggestions, what do all of you think, who would make a good Happy Hogan?

I say give the role to Jon Favrau but if not how about:

Him? Nah, he's too big and too dorky looking, he should go for Herman Munster or something. Happy Hogan was an ex-boxer, this guy doesn't look like an ex-boxer.

They should just get an unknown for the role.

I suggested on MySpace that Favreau's old friend and co-star Ron Livingston from Swingers (and also of Office Space, Adaptation, & Sex and the City fame) play Harold "Happy" Hogan.

It'd be a perfect fit!

Hmm. Yes. He did. But remember when Favreau said Mandarin wasn't going to be the villain? And it turned out that he actually was? So this shouldn't come as a surprise. I'm actually glad he kept it hidden at first, and as filming was currently nearing, one more character for the film has been revealed. I'm interested in who he'll pick of course, as well as the other remaining characters such as Pepper, Mandarin, and Stane.

I don't remember him saying Happy wasn't going to be in the movie. He talked about Happy in the boards early on. I thought the worst he said was he wasn't sure...am I wrong? Show me. I also don't remember him ever saying Mandarin would NOT be in the film. He never ruled him out but he DID say if it was the Mandarin that it wouldn't be like we know in the comics.

I like the suggestion of Ron Livingston or Vince Vaughn taking the role. Though I would prefer Livingston because I think he is more reminiscent of the character than Vaughn.
