I suppose the next thing for me is a month to month sort of thing to ensure next year is hopefully (if not an improvement) at least something different from previous years in my life to continue somersaulting backwards up or down maslows pyramid (or whatever paradigm one chooses to compare apples to apples in a logical sense).
