Oh, right-I believe Shroud was kinda off and on. I know Spidey pulled that stunt during Identity Crisis.

Batman does undercover stuff as Matches Malone sometimes. And Martian Manhunter has a super villain identity he uses for undercover work as well, but I don't remember the name.
