Me and my friends were playing HALO 3, when one of my friends decided to move the system from horizontal to vertical. When, we all heard the system scratch the CD, we had to stop the system to stop the scratching. It made a nice ring around the middle of the CD
I'm I able to return the game back to Best Buy? I still have the reciept and I bought it last Tuesday.
MS is getting complaints of people with scratched Halo 3 discs (limited edition). You should definetly try and return it. They will exchange a defective copy for a new one. Hopefully, this one wont scratch up. If you have the limited edition, MS will even send you a free replacement disc. Click the link for more info

yeah not a smart move, but he could still exchange it BB. They shouldnt give him any hassle for itThat program is only for people who first opened the box & the disc was scratched. That moron sat there & letted his friends move the system with the system on & the game playing. What idiot would do that
I knew it wouldnt be a hassle bc they really dont care.I got the exchange done NO SWEAT. I told them that i was playing the game and the 360 started to make noice, and when i took the game out, it was scratched. I even told them it could be defective because the game is from the first batch. you should have seen the Customer Service Representative, he believed and he even agreed with me.
