5 characters are all new/never been done before in ML, while 3 are different versions of previously released characters.

The Line-UP:
1.) FA Storm - already said it
2.) Black Bolt - already said it
3.) only Avenger in this series - Tigra
4.) Shiny! - Silver Surfer
5.) NON-616 character; (not from ultimate universe either) - Sunfire
6.) a marvel mainstay gets a new version - Daredevil
7.) an icon gets shrunken down -Punisher
8.) Highly requested character! (sorry that's all you're getting...) - Nova
BAF: maintain that he/she/it's a 90's x-character...not strong guy. - Nemesis

Only seven listed there....I guess Black Bolt could still be there.

The Line-UP:

3.) only Avenger in this series - With my other guesses this has to be a new character since I've already used three old characters, though if Beast is concidered an Avenger this is all for naught. But I'll Say Tigra.
4.) Shiny! - Could Be Adam Warlock
5.) NON-616 character; (not from ultimate universe either) - I am betting this is Blink or another Exile, Or it could very well be Hyperion.
6.) a marvel mainstay gets a new version - Perhaps Astonishing Beast
7.) an icon gets shrunken down - Kinda Thinking This Will Be Punisher
8.) Highly requested character! (sorry that's all you're getting...) - Nova
BAF: maintain that he/she/it's a 90's x-character...not strong guy. - this...this could be the Shiva Droid from Weapon X But I doubt that......I'm gonna guess Holocaust...but if it is it could easily make the non 616 character and AOAer......hmmmm.

So on my guesses I got Five....Not including Black Bolt.

FA DD - Great addition to the FA Shelf
FA Storm - Well I need her for the BAf so she may replace my white costume Storm
Nova - Hells Yeah, new character and a good kick off for the New Warriors.
Silver Samurai - Hells Yeah, New Charater, cool look.....Wolvie Villain
Punisher - Meh, I don't really need another one, but with his more real style I think he'll go on some new shelf....more guns could never hurt
Tigra - Hells yea, new Character, another Avenger (West Coast getting more complete) sweeeet
AOA Sunfire - an AOA version should not be done until after th 616 version....he did adopt this look in 616 and that will have to do for a while....but this won't be really awesome unless we get a lot more AOAers out there.
Holocaust - Awesome....Now I wish AOA Sabertooth was better so they could fight....but he can go with the AOAers, he can go wih my Exiles he jumped over to 616 as well....he's a great addition.

FA DD - Sweet! This is one of my top 10 wants.
FA Storm - Will go on the FA shelf, but don't really care
Nova - Don't care too much
Silver Samurai - I know I b**** about more x-men, but this is a well deserved villain, plus I'm always in for more baddies
Punisher - Depends how he turns out, but I'm always good for a punisher, at least if he comes with a lot of guns
Tigra - Great for my Avengers shelf, now I'll have all the avengers I really want
AOA Sunfire - Really don't care and don't care to see future AoA figures either. Kind of bumed that we didn't get a reg sunfire first.
Holocaust - I'll probably end up completing him since AoA sunfire is the only one I don't want but will probably get to complete holocaust. Holocaust looks cool even though I don't care much for AoA stuff.
