I love how they have been playing up the Dany/Jon thing in promos for a while now. I fully expect it in the books especially after [BLACKOUT]the prophecy[/BLACKOUT], but it is going to be so awkward when people find out [BLACKOUT]she is his aunt[/BLACKOUT].

I expect a summer release, so unless they are going to announce it soon, I doubt it. So I'd say 4.

Would make more sense to release it after next season imo. Especially considering it is going to lead in.

GRRM will release the prologue of WoW at full price and then the rest of the book months later when Kindles are much more popular.

James Horan will provide the audiobook version.
