Finally upgrading my 16 gig hard drive to a 120 one. How am I able to transfer data from the old one onto the new one?

There's a cable you can buy or you can just use a flash drive as long it's 16GB or less.

and you do not even need a big flash drive just back up your profile and saves and then sign into the account and re download anything you bought and downloaded again in the past for free.
