I think Heathcliff would be better suited for the movies than Garfield was.

And you can get Noel Blanc (son of Mel) to do the voice

Yes I have. I've also watched episodes of Garfield, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Underdog, Alvin & The Chipmunks, George Of The Jungle and Dudley Dooright.

Sometimes nostalgia is best left in the past, and not dragged up to serve as bland source material for cruddy kid's flicks.

Ooh or maybe they could do a live Bobbys World where all the characters come to life to mess with one special little girls life. There could even be a scene where all the characters go see a taping for Deal or No Deal and they meet Howie afterwards!! haha yea thats a pretty stupid idea but it actually does sound like something someone would try to get made nowadays
