I just saw Hellboy again on HBO recently, and I remembered there being a director's cut.
Being in and around the local stores, no one seems to carry it anymore.

Is it worth looking into?

The film itself isn't a huge difference from the theatrical cut, but the special features are worth the purchase.

I found the DC to be a better version of the movie, despite the fact its not that different, i havent got around to checking all of the extra's yet, but what i have seen is brilliant.

I think it's better in some cases, but also not as good in others. The murder of Broom, as example, I thought was handled better in the theatrical cut. The take Del Toro used in the Director's cut plays less well than the original version.

This is kinda random, but speaking of the Director's Cut, my sisters and I were at Wal-Mart last night and I saw that they had two copies left of the Director's Cut for only $9.44, so both my one sister and I bought it. I need to watch it and some of the special features! :)

Under 10 bucks. Nice. I'd buy it myself, if I didn't already own it.

I bought the 3-Disc Director's Cut from Wal-Mart for $9 just a few days ago. :)

:huh:It looked exactly the same angle to me!?
