Help getting one of my toolbars back?

Since I got my new computer, I had an additional toolbar below the Yahoo! search bar that allowed me to have several tabs open within a single window. Today, for some reason, I had that "tab" toolbar this morning, but midway through the day, it no longer appears in my browser. With the "tab" bar, whenever I clicked on a link using the middle button on my mouse, a new tab would open within the window. Now, the middle button does nothing when I click on a link with it. Is there a way to turn this "tab" toolbar back on? Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Have you tried View > Toolbars > Customize ... ?

Yeah, but it's not listed there. Anyone have any ideas?
