Products Help is needed for the ultimate collection

Hello Superman Ultimate Collectors Edition Fans,

I bought the Superman Ultimate Collectors Edition. It did say full screen on the listing, so I will see if that is how it arrives when it comes in the mail. In edition I have heard a lot about the 14 disc set having problems and such. I was wondering if anyone could post and let me know a few things:

1. What are the problems that everyone is talking about?
2. How will I know if the problems exist on my purchased set?
3. How would I fix the problems on the set? Will it cost me any money? Is it a problem that I live in Canada in order to get it fixed?
4. Whom do I contact for help / more information.

Can you let me know ... thanks. I just bought my first DVD player ...

First of all, the superman ultimate editon set is widescreen only, no full screen sorry. I think the problem was that the disc for superman III is the previous no features disc instead of the one with deleted scenes and commentary. one of the members here will be able to tell you more than I can.
