 My friend at work who knows I'm into comics ask me if I knew who this comic book superhero(?) was. I can't find it and I was wondering if some one might know who it is. Any help would be welcomed. The only info he gave me is this. A. He thinks the comic was published by Image but wasn't positive at all. B. He dresses in all black with silver slits for eyes. C. he thinks the name starts with a D but again not positive. E. The name sounded German. F. He saw an action figure of this superhero (?) and the action figure was slightly different from the comic drawing with a red circle coming out of the back going over the head with arrows/points coming off the circle.
And again any info would be thanked.

no I think he knows who spawn is. I think the comic wasn't that popular.

Shadowhawk?

I just talked to my friend and it's not silverhawk. I honestly don't know anymore.

Oh yeah, thats Grendel alright. The great Matt Wagners creation. it was a pretty good book. He wasn't a superhero, he was a villain. The book just happened to be about him and his many incarnations.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, ANUBIS you hit right on the head it was Grendel. YOU REALLY ARE A GOD AMONG MEN ANUBIS.

bengus got it, not Anubis.

Normally I wouldn't interject, but I have to make sure Anubby doesn't get any credit he doesn't deserve.

wasnt that the guy with spideys eyes and a male version of the returns catwoman suit?

Your right I when I was typing the statement I looked at the wrong screen name. Bengus is the god among men and not anubis. So all the thank yous go to mainly Bengus and anybody else that tried to help including anubis. And again thank you.
