Help me figure out movie title.

Ok, it's a movie from the 90's. Aliens crash land on earth (of course) and are trying to get their ship working again. They are very short, green (I believe) and have antenna's. One of them wears an old school bomber jacket and big sunglasses (fighter pilot style).

Does this sound familiar? What was the name?

By the way, they are neither hip, nor hilarious and in the grand scheme of things, Earth is the same as it was before the release of the film.
