Help me pick out a new watch

So its not a watch we're picking out?

Excuse me if i sound like a punk ass but its worth asking, Arent you a little old for a cheap watch?
No offense honest injun, but I never even heard of "Croton".
Here

Clearance: $75.22 Save: $54.78 (42% off)
Retail value: $230.00
Regular price: $130.00
Shipping & Handling: $9.99

Is the watch a cheap one, or is he just gettin' it for cheap?

If you're like over 25 I think your watch needs to be over 2 grand. Otherwise you cant use it to get you out of sticky situations like when you're kidnapped on vacation in Turkey.

Sounds like the reason you got kidnapped in the first place.

What watch do you rock?

I didn't make the over 25 rule dude. Its the way of the world.
My advice ,at least save up 2 or 3 hundred and hit some pawn shops.Or just use your cell for time.

Either Black or Brown. You could always use a black or brown in your wardrobe.

well, seeing as how the only one that's not sold out is the brown one....

I hate chronograph watches. They're nothing but distractions that make you look like you're so cool you need four dials telling you what time it is and how much snot is up your nose. Just my 2 cents.

I love my Tag Heuers.

Ooops, now I'm going to get kidnapped. :csad:

To answer and help with the actual topic of the thread, mate, go for the black dial.

I like that one. As for expensive watches, I have a rolex that I won while selling cars as an incentive for selling the most cars for the month, but I can't wear that one everyday.

The More You Know!

every watch advertisement has the hands at 10:10, because it makes them look vaguely like a smile.

lol. :o

Ew. I hate those new age watch styles. It's so gawdy, it looks like something that you want to wear so other people will look at you and think you have cash. I don't want people to know how much money I have in my wallet.

Um yeah, that's the point.

No it's not, style is the core to any ensemble. You dress to look dazzling and marvelous, not to go "Hey. This is a $5,000 watch from Dulce Gabana. Check me out." People who want to aspire to be in another monetary social class than they are, do that.

If you have money. You have it. If you don't have money or if you're new to it, you want to flash it.
