Help me Please....

Ok, i saw this movie when i was very young, like 8 years old, tops....but i remember a distinct scene near the end....its got cowboys (well looks like) standing in the middle of a plain surrounded by mountains, the way i remember it, they are on a porch type thing in front of a small wood building....and the 'good guys' are in trouble, and all of a sudden the tops of the hills fill up with indians...

any one?
