So kinda random but in one of the articles about the Bryan Singer incident there was a link about his reason for selecting Routh over Cavill for Returns. Cavill actually did audition for Returns as some or many of you know:


Imagine how different things could have been for Henry had he been cast for Returns instead?

Also, both Routh and Cavill screen tested for Mc.G's Superman: Flyby.

Cavill got selected, before the project was cancelled.

The suit Cavill and Routh are wearing there is different that the one in those other pics. Note the larger "S," red belt and muscle designs. It's a little hard to see in the Cavill pic but after seeing the one with Routh I'd say it's actually a pretty cool design. Not MOS good, but still pretty nice. It looks otherworldly.

Also, what's up with Superman's face on that little model they made there? He looks like Burn Gorman, lol.
