Showtime and Jamie have proven countless times they know what the **** is going on with Superman

And how they feel about Welling, which is irrelevant to what "inside" information may or may not have, but is relevant to this forum.

Ah, is Chris Nolan picking the actors for the movie? In the Untitled Superman board it seems just the opposite, theirs no chance of Welling getting to play him in the film. Or at least most of the posts I've read.

I'm sure Chris Nolan has a little more pull in this decision than pretty much anyone on the Untitled Superman board.

Are you sure you're not making a mistake? With his user title being "Banned User" and that of JcDc being "Panned User", and with the \S/ in his username, he's almost making it too obvious, and that's why I'm doubting it, or maybe that's exactly what he wants.

I didn't really get a JcDc feel from that guy either. Jc was never the worst poster we had around here. I know I'm not the only one who remembers the poster who does hold that title. He's probably still around wearing one of his many sock puppets.

You do realize that Jamie and showtime have broken most if not all of the superman News about the New Film.. and they aren't just "posters" they used to Work for IESB before IESB's head man decided to become a GIANT Piece of ****.

they are good at what they do and that's break Movie news... especially when it comes to Supes.

Well, to be honest, I just think it's up to Christopher Nolan, who's going to be Superman.
So, shouldn't we just wait until he speaks up about it?

Also, I don't think there's been any news about the next Superman movie.
It's still coming out in 2012 right?

1. Superman being rebooted and aiming at a Holiday 2012 release
2. Nolan Godfathering the project
3. Nolan and Goyer Writing the script
4 Jonathan Nolan possibly directing

Also no I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on nolan releasing any news about it he likes his films on the hush hush and the only way you'll get any really solid news that isn't fague is from Movie news sites reports/Scoops which Jamie and Showtime have their own site

It just seems like everything would fit if Welling actually does play Superman this go round for the film. Smallville is wrapping up, they're saying it's a tv actor we all would like to see put on the suit, it not being a reboot/origin, just a stand alone story, and our first guess would be right.

If that's all true, it just makes sense for Welling to get the part...

Or at least I'd like to keep thinking that it all makes sense in my little world...

Yea I was wrong and I never said I was 100% correct I said if memory serves me right... and I turned out be 1/2 wrong 1/2 right.


Right I have no common sense because I waited for WB to announce a new Supes film and not going off a blind hope
