Sounds great, but 30 bucks?! A bit steep... Whatever, I'll most likely buy it anyway. Just depends how much I have at the time. But which cover should I get? Lee or Ross? Hmm.

What do you all think?

Sweet...hope they're available for order in the UK. Not too sure about the 2covers thing though...hate things like that, its like they're trying to con us into buying both. bet there'll be good things about each cover too!

Yeah, this showed up in the Diamond November solicits which I picked up today. I was thinking it would be nice to have a hard copy of all the graphic novels, but dang, $30 is a bit steep. I suppose it's because they know chumps like me will buy it... (and I did order it of course). I was a bit disappointed that yeah, neither of the two covers were shown so it was difficult for me to decide which one to order. I caved and got the Jim Lee one. I hope I like it.

I was wondering how they are planning on releasing these. Since the first says Volume 1 instead of season 1, I'm assuming the second will be released after "Generations" ties up in December. Am I right?

I was under the impression that this book contained all the season one comics and was called volume one because it goes with season one.

I don't know if anyone still cares but when I went to check on my pre-order, Barnes and Noble told me that thihs book has now been pushed back to December 5th. :(

Yeah. Thats kinda stupid of them. Probably gonna loose alot of sales. Its still coming out November 7, by the way. Just December 5 is what B&N is saying.

This is a confusing mess. It was supposed to come out this wednesday. Now you say Nov 7th, and BN says Dec 5th. I guess it comes when it comes.... :(

It was originally this wednesday, then it was changed to Nov. 7. Ignore BN, its just bull.

$30 isn't really that bad. Given the size of it, $30 isn't so bad. Most Marvel HCs are around that much.

OMG finally. Good find, man. Ross' is better though. Thats the one I'll buy.

Really? I like the Lee cover better.

Really? I like the Lee cover better.

I dont know it just doesnt look like he put the same effort in as he does with the rest of his work, whereas Rosses looks as great if not better than all his work.

man jim lee sucks. alex ross' cover blows his away. jim lee is good at making superman, batman, wolverine, and cyclops (even though they all look like the same character when he does them) but when it comes to drawing people that actually exist, they look pretty sketch. look at sylar, somehow he looks more like christian bale. sylar is has one of the most unique, comic book-like faces out there and he made him look plain and unrecognizable. he can draw 100 batmobiles on page and he ****ing can't draw 14 friggin faces?!?!

I love both of em. Haven't a clue which one I'd go for.

is this graphic novel worth buying? im wondering cuz a friend of mine is thinkin bout getting it as a gift for someone. and i wanna know if they'll like it or not. their friend enjoys the show tho.

It is very worth buying. Great Tim sale art, great story, great covers. Its totally worth it.

thanks. i have 'em on my computer. but i think it'd rather be better to have 'em in hard back format.

I find the hard copies so much easier to read. It's totally worth it. :D
